The Xi Chi Chapter was founded April 12th, 2003. Each semester, the Xi Chi chapter is known for hosting a campus wide business symposium, showcasing successful Milwaukee entrepreneurs or executives. In addition to the numerous other professional events, the Xi Chi chapter is also heavily involved in community service. In 2022, the Xi Chi Chapter was awarded with the following recognitions and accreditations:
